Guido Piñol

Chief Executive Officer

Guido Piñol

Guido Piñol co-founded QUINCAP Investment Partners in 2014 and served as Managing Partner, where he was instrumental in identifying and executing strategic real estate investments. In 2017, he took on the role of CEO at OFFICEFIRST Real Estate, where he has successfully managed the company’s operations and a diverse portfolio of properties across Germany. Previously, Guido served as Chief Operating Officer at IVG Immobilien AG, where he oversaw the company’s European real estate holdings from 2010 to 2014. Earlier in his career, Guido was a Managing Director at FORTRESS Investment Group Germany from 2006 to 2010 and at two of the world’s leading real estate firms, CBRE and JLL, from 1999 to 2006.

With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, Guido brings a decisive and visionary leadership style, making him a key driver of Proxity’s growth and success.

Jonas Kriebel

Jonas Kriebel

Jonas Kriebel is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of QUINCAP Investment Partners, which he established in 2014. Since 2017, Jonas has also served as CFO/COO of OFFICEFIRST Real Estate, overseeing the financial and operational strategies of the company’s office property portfolio in Germany. In this role, he drives financial management, risk control, and operational efficiency and performance. Prior to this, Jonas was Managing Director at IVG Immobilien AG from 2010 to 2014, where he led the corporate development division, focusing on M&A, equity and debt capital markets operations. Earlier in his career, he held various positions at IVG Immobilien AG, specializing in structuring and executing large scale real estate and infrastructure transactions.

Yvo Postleb

Yvo Postleb

Prior to joining Proxity, Yvo worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was Executive Director and Country Head of Germany, significantly growing the business and establishing a pan-German platform. From 2006 to 2014, Yvo was Managing Director and Head of Asset Management at Fortress Germany Asset Management, building and managing a platform for a EUR 5.5 billion real estate portfolio. Prior to that, Yvo held various positions at Deutsche Bank, mainly focusing on real estate transactions in North America. With a strong background in real estate operations and talent management, Yvo brings a results-oriented leadership approach to Proxity, focusing on both operational excellence and the growth of the company’s talent pool.
